If you registered successfully but receive the message "Invalid Credentials The username and/or password cannot be validated or your account has not yet been approved" when you log in, try these steps:

  1. Double check you are entering your username (not email address) for your account in the Username field on the login page. If you don't remember your username, send a message to support@educarenetwork.org
  2. If you're entering your correct username, try resetting your password.

If neither of these steps works, send a message to support@educarenetwork.org with a short description of what you're experiencing & we'll connect to help you resolve.

EducareShare

EducareShare is open to all Educare school staff, their parent organizations, funders and research partners. If you are eligible for membership, click the Register button on the right and use your organizational email address to register.

  • Fill in all required fields, which are marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Some fields will be pre-filled for you with values that reflect the majority of our members, but do not accurately represent all Educare members. If these don't align with your work, make sure to update them.

You will be automatically added and redirected to EducareShare when your registration is complete. (If you are not, send a message to support@educarenetwork.org and include the email address you registered with to be added to the group.)
